Biography

Ferdinand O. Ottoh, holds a PhD in Political Science and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a scholar in International Relations and Strategic Studies with many years of teaching and research. He has published in local and international journals. He is an alumnus of West Africa Peace Building Institute.
