Biography

Ernest Simeon Osikhena Odior has a B.Sc. Hons degree in Economics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, in 1997. M.Sc in Economics from Delta State University and a PhD degree in Economics, from the Department of Economics and Statistics, University of Benin, Benin City under the Collaborative PhD scholarship Programme (CPP), for the Sub-Saharan African (SSA) Countries, of the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Nairobi, Kenya. Dr. Odior has many local and international publications and specialises in Applied and Theoretical Econometrics, Development Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics. He has been actively involved in economic management consultancy in recent years, especially, using computable general equilibrium (CGE) models. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria.
